A Friend for Life. Kim Small was highly recommended to us by several friends. Their recommendation was well founded. It was a spur of the moment decision for us, and Kim accommodated our short stay in town and worked within our time frame. She always took or returned calls and answered every question that we had. Her professionalism, expertise and excellent interpersonal skills work flawlessly to make her a wonderful representative for anyone attempting to purchase or sell a home. Even after the closing, Kim has been instrumental in giving us recommendations for local businesses to do a few updates. 100% Recommend Kim Small! We met Kim by chance one day and when the time came to settle my father's estate and sell his condo, we enlisted her help. Selling a property when you live out of state can be difficult and a downright nightmare, especially when you are already dealing with a loss of a family member, but Kim was with us every step of the way. Whether it was recommending some improvements we needed to make, contractors to perform the jobs at a reasonable price or being there to allow access, Kim was always available as well as for our call's day, night or weekends. She was in constant communication after showings and offered excellent advice regarding our listing. In a difficult market, Kim was able to get us an offer and closed within 6 months which alleviated us from the expenses of maintaining the property in a reasonable amount of time.
